neoSCB Team Selected for UCL-Amazon Web Services (AWS) Impact Accelerator

We are thrilled to announce that the neoSCB team has been selected for the prestigious UCL-Amazon Web Services (AWS) Impact Accelerator program, which ran from March to July 2024. After undergoing two rigorous rounds of assessment, our team was chosen to receive 12 weeks of intensive cloud computing training and technical support from AWS and UCL’s Advanced Research Computing division.

This incredible opportunity has allowed us to enhance the neoSCB app significantly. One of the most notable improvements is the new capability to store images on the cloud, which greatly enhances the app’s usability and ensures secure, scalable storage solutions. This development marks a major milestone in our mission to improve newborn jaundice screening and management, making it more accessible and efficient for healthcare providers and parents alike.
